All gift vouchers could be printed with prices as well as without them
All vouchers are valid for 10 months from date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time are not refundable.
All vouchers include the VAT, cover and services charges.
Reservation are required in advance by phone / e-mail indicating the voucher name. Reservations are subject to availability. Purchase of voucher is not guarantee of a reservation.
Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
All vouchers can be customized.
It’s necessary to present a copy of the printed voucher on arrival which will be collected by our staff
The invoice of your purchase will be sent to you by email at the payment of the voucher
All our Gift vouchers can not be used on Christmas Day, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Easter and during the fairs.
